Is my A Beka Book account the same as my A Beka Academy account?
They are separate accounts.
Do you offer financial aid?
No, but we do offer a payment plan
for the video programs.
Will I get a monthly financial statement?
Yes, statements will print the 10th of each month. The amount due on the
statement will be due by the 1st of the following month and will be late
after the 10th of the month. A $20 late fee will be assessed for payments
arriving after the 10th.
Can my credit or debit card be charged automatically for my monthly payment?
Yes, we can set up your account to charge you automatically each month. Cards
will typically be charged the first business day of the month. Please be
aware however, that only the amount of the monthly payment will be charged.
If you have other charges during the month, these will not be charged automatically
with the monthly payment.
What happens if I am late with my payment?
If a payment is late, all video shipments or video streaming will be stopped.
In addition, no work for the Accredited Program will be graded. There will also
be a $20 late fee assessed to your account.
What if I have to cancel the program?
If circumstances require you to cancel the program, please contact our office
immediately. You are responsible for the cost of the program until the
time you contact our office and receive
a confirmation number verifying your cancellation. Cancellation costs are
based upon the time enrolled in the program up to 90 days, not the amount of videos
received or work completed.
A Beka Academy offers a 30-day money-back
guarantee on full grade enrollments. If you are not completely satisfied,
return all books in new, unused condition for a full refund. (Customers in the contiguous U.S.
or Canada may request pre-paid shipping labels to return books via UPS.)
